A native Mexican-American Californian, Stefané
trained with the Groundlings and became a Sunday
Company member where she worked with Phil Lamar (MAD TV),
Jennifer Coolidge (Best of Show and Joey)
and Kathy Griffin (Suddenly Susan). Stef is not your typical
Mexican-American she combines her wit and
intelligence and folds it into her view on life as a Mexican,
teacher, and a comedian. [After a couple years
with
the Groundlings she was cast as one of the sketch performers
in the television show (TWISTED! Fred
Silverman production - hosted by Ryan Seacrest). She was
invited to become a main company member of
ACME Comedy Theatre when George Schlatter cast her to
star in NBC's “Primetime Comedy", where she
was
a contributing writer and lead player in the ensemble.
Stef has also worked with The Bilingual Foundation of
the Arts and South Coast Repertory. She has had
multiple plays professionally produced and has written
for Dreamworks. This hot Latina can be seen on SiTV’s
Latino Laugh Festival. Stef is performing stand up comedy
at colleges and clubs all over the country.
